Direct and full responsibility for recruiting international degree students for academic degrees in accordance with the international student recruitment strategy
Establishing a marketing and sales operation for recruiting international students, in coordination with the Department of Marketing and Communications of the university and the various academic units
Planning, development and implementation of the Hebrew University international marketing and branding strategy, in alignment with the general marketing and branding activity of the Hebrew University
Producing and effecting marketing campaigns and sales activities as per focused target markets and overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
– Building, implementing and executing annual marketing budget
Implementing and assessing online and print campaign: Planning, managing and producing all marketing materials, promotional campaigns, lead generation campaigns, social media campaigns – all for both digital and print
Writing and editing of digital and print marketing copy, in addition to general content management
Overseeing international marketing team at the university and overseas representatives
Overseeing and training of formal and informal marketers to a variety of countries
Producing marketing conferences and events around the world
Job Requirements
Native English speaker – written and spoken; fluent spoken Hebrew skills; additional languages an advantage
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal and team player skills
Minimum of three years of international marketing management experience and with both print and digital mediums; experience in the academic sector is an advantage
Excellent writing skills and experience
Proven track record with social media campaigns – Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and more
Tech Savvy with a firm understanding of evolving trends and full proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Analytics, SEO, PPC, video production, various presentation software
Undergraduate or graduate degree, preferably in a marketing-related field
