Corp. Marketing Manager
DESCRIPTION
Basic Job Purpose: The Corporate Marketing Manager is responsible for the execution of the marketing strategy by creating marketing communication tools and providing sales and marketing support to the organization.
Main Duties:
· Develop / maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent adherence to guidelines for all marketing materials and activities
· Provide writing and editing support for all communication material including promotional materials, website content, newsletters etc’
· Responsible for art directing, storyboarding and message development for creative design work for various online and offline ads, movies, signage and marketing materials
· Create and update collateral, presentations, brochures, product sheets, fact sheets, case studies, white papers, web content, newsletters, signage, roll-ups, ads and other sales tools with input from product marketing, product management, executives, sales, PR and customers
· Assist in the development and execution of online strategies that include search engine optimization, keyword search, search engine marketing and social media
· Assist in corporate intranet and internet site developing and maintaining content, SEO, PPC campaigns and various lead generation initiatives
· Assist / plan, organize, execute and manage events including tradeshows, customer and partner events, industry events, sales training sessions and other corporate events
· Manage public relation activities (press releases, campaigns, events, etc’) aligned with the BU’s requirements and needs
· Developing creative concepts for consideration in various marketing materials to be used across various media platforms
· Constantly explore, recommend, use and optimize communication methods, vehicles and technologies to engage with various audiences
· Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
· Tracks leads and activity in the sales funnel, Accelerate pipeline, drive revenue, and align marketing and sales
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Engineering or Business Administration
· MBA or advanced degree is a plus
· At least 5 years experience in an international marketing role with a focus on digital/online marketing
· Experience in managing digital projects such as: website development/optimization, digital analytics, managing and optimizing successful social media, PPC and display campaigns
· Ability to handle multiple active projects at once and manage priorities and processes
· Experience in the medical device industry or pharma is a plus
· Experience with Adobe creative tools is a plus
· Superior communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
· Proven effectiveness in maintaining effective communication to all stakeholders
